An avid traveler, fashionista, and dedicated mother, Jocelyne enjoys “in person” interactions and considers herself to be an extrovert. Adjectives often used to describe her include empathetic, outgoing, and strategic influencer. She currently serves as the Vice President of Service Contracts at Goodwill Industries South Florida, headquartered in Miami-Dade County, FL, where she has the privilege of supporting an organization with the honorable mission of employing and providing training for individuals with disabilities and other barriers to work.

A graduate of New York University (NYU), Jocelyne has built her career by successfully executing large- and small-scale projects. Her experience includes influencing and helping develop implementable strategies with C-level decision makers by building credibility with a variety of target audiences through the use of easy-to-understand presentations, tactics, and policies.

She describes herself as an “out-of-the-box” thinker and problem solver. Her favorite quote is: “Every problem has a solution; if a solution doesn’t exist, the problem doesn’t exist.” Her career track has provided a platform to work in various capacities for multiple organizations, including Pfizer, Citibank, University of Miami Health System, Miami-Dade County, the Village of Key Biscayne, and the University of California (UCR).

Jocelyne enjoys coaching people — and more specifically, women — to help them gain confidence, improve self-image, and achieve their goals. Over the years, she has naturally gravitated towards activities that allow people to develop maximum process efficiencies while maintaining their individuality and self-confidence. Her multicultural background and bilingual skills (French native speaker) have added to her effectiveness as a leader and parent of her gifted daughter, Satiah.

When she is not traveling the globe, Jocelyne enjoys practicing Yoga and Pilates, cooking, nautical activities, and designing clothes for women. Thus far, her travels have taken her to 27 countries on 5 different continents.
